Are your products keto friendly?

Absolutely!

The majority of our products are keto friendly and are also high protein, low carb and low sugar.

Do your products contain gluten?

Snackn products are gluten free. 

Do your products contain any artificial ingredients?

Definitely not. We are proud of our all natural formulations.

Where are your products produced?

All Snackn products are proudly produced in Australia.

After all, we are a 100% Australian owned family business. 

Are your products suitable for vegetarians?

Not yet. New vegetarian products coming soon 

Are your products safe to eat during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

While Snackn products only contain 100% natural ingredients, we always recommend consulting your healthcare professional before any dietary or supplement change. 

What is the benefit of digestive enzymes?

Digestive enzymes may help improve nutrient absorption, reduce bloating and aid in general gut health. 

Can I buy your products from a physical store?

Absolutely! 

How do I order a product that is out of stock?

If a product is ‘out of stock’, please leave your name and email address in the out of stock notification box which will appear on the ‘out of stock’ item. We will make sure you are the first to know when it becomes available again.

Do you ship wordwide?

We sure do! 

SNACKN products have been enjoyed on almost every continent around the globe (You’re next to Antarctica). 

Our shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout, direct from Australia Post.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All Snackn products are shipped from Australia within 48 hours of receiving and validating payment. We use Australia Post to transport all orders, both domestic and international.

Transit times may vary depending on the mail network load.

Please check your order tracking via the Australia Post tracking portal for the latest ETA of your delivery. 

Do you offer express shipping?

Absolutely!

We offer express shipping both internationally and domestically via Australia Post.

What if my order melts?

Snackn makes every effort to reduce the risk of orders arriving melted.

Every order we ship is packed in a specialised thermal wrapping and posted “express” to minimise exposure to heat and other adverse conditions. 

 

Snackn takes no responsibility for chocolate melting during transit. In the hotter months we only offer Express Shipping for this reason. SNACKN are not responsible for any delays and will not issue refunds for any orders that are delayed or melted as a result of the Australia Post service.

Returns FAQ’s

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges, as our products are food products which can’t be re-sold.

If your SNACKN product is defective, please contact us at [email protected] We’re more than happy to help resolve any issues, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

What if I receive the wrong order?

Sometimes mixups happen.

Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible, so we can rectify this for you.

Where can I read your full return, refund and exchange policy?
I have not received my order, what do I do?

Contact [email protected] with your name and order number. All customers are emailed automatic tracking details once their order has been processed

Help, I’ve put the wrong mailing address!

Please email [email protected] as soon as possible, as dispatch of your purchase occurs within 48 hours. Although we will do our best to help you, the postal address can only be changed if your product has not been dispatched.

What if I put the incorrect address on my order and it’s already been dispatched?

In this case, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
Staff will contact Australia Post to see if the parcel can be redirected. If it cannot be redirected Australia Post will return it to our warehouse.
In this case you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to have the parcel sent out again to the correct address.
