SNACKN does not take any responsibility for products melting during transit. In the hotter months we only offer Express Shipping for this reason. By proceeding you agree that SNACKN are not responsible for any delays and will not issue refunds for any orders that are delayed or melted as a result of the Australia Post service.
How long does shipping take?
All parcels are sent via Australia post and include tracking details. Customers can select from either regular post or express post services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
International shipping is available.

I have not received my order, what do I do?
Contact [email protected] with your name and order number. All customers are emailed automatic tracking details once their order has been processed
Help- I’ve put the wrong mailing address!
Please email [email protected] as soon as possible, as dispatch of your purchase occurs within 48 hours. Although we will do our best to help you, the postal address can only be changed if your product has not been dispatched.
What if I put the incorrect address on my order and it’s already been dispatched?
In this case, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
Staff will contact Australia Post to see if the parcel can be redirected. If it cannot be redirected Australia Post will return it to our warehouse.
In this case you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to have the parcel sent out again to the correct address.
