SNACKN is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem as per the Australian consumer law.
SNACKN does not take any responsibility for products melting or becoming damaged during transit. The quality of our products is our highest priority! Our amazing team work with our couriers to ensure your delicious products are delivered in the best condition for your enjoyment!
By proceeding through checkout (the customer will have the notification appear) you agree that SNACKN are not responsible for any delays and will not issue refunds for any orders that are delayed or melted as a result of the Australia Post service. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or levies of any kind on the products. You can read more about this on our shipping page. All Transactions will be charged in AUD.
