Halloween Mummies



  • puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • SNACKN milk choc protein spread
  • SNACKN white choc protein spread
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Candy eyes for decorating


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Cut the pastry sheet in half, then cut one of the halves into 3 rectangles
  3. Cut the other pastry half into long, thin strips
  4. Spread 1 tbsp of Snackn chocolate protein spread in the middle of each rectangle
  5. Layer the pastry strips over the filling & add eyes to resemble a mummy
  6. Brush with a beaten egg
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown
  8. Cool completely, dust with icing sugar & serve
