Halloween Mummies

Ingredients
- puff pastry sheets, thawed
- SNACKN milk choc protein spread
- SNACKN white choc protein spread
- 1 egg, beaten
- Candy eyes for decorating
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Cut the pastry sheet in half, then cut one of the halves into 3 rectangles
- Cut the other pastry half into long, thin strips
- Spread 1 tbsp of Snackn chocolate protein spread in the middle of each rectangle
- Layer the pastry strips over the filling & add eyes to resemble a mummy
- Brush with a beaten egg
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown
- Cool completely, dust with icing sugar & serve
