SNACKN PTY LTD Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions (T&Cs) for participation in the SNACKN PTY LTD Affiliate Program. By enrolling in the program, you agree to these T&Cs.

2. Affiliate Relationship

• Participation in this program does not create an employer-employee relationship between you and SNACKN PTY LTD. Affiliates act as independent contractors.

3. Enrollment and Obligations

• To join, submit a completed application. Acceptance is at SNACKN PTY LTD’s discretion.
• Promote SNACKN products ethically and legally.
• You must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in your promotional activities.

4. Commission Structure and Payments

• Earn commissions on sales via your affiliate link.
• Payments are made monthly, subject to a minimum threshold.
• Payment methods and schedules will be detailed separately.
• All affiliates are responsible for paying their own taxes in accordance with their location’s state and federal laws.
• All payments will be made via PayPal. SNACKN does not pay commissions in cash, via wire transfer, or bank transfer under any circumstances.
• SNACKN assumes no responsibility for the affiliates’ tax obligations. By joining the program, affiliates agree to bear full responsibility for paying taxes on any income earned.

5. Marketing and Brand Image

• Uphold and enhance the SNACKN brand in your promotions.
• Misrepresentation of SNACKN products or brand is prohibited.
• Manipulation of the affiliate system results in commission forfeiture and account termination.
• Actions damaging SNACKN’s brand may lead to liability for damages.

6. Intellectual Property

• Use of SNACKN PTY LTD’s logos and promotional materials is allowed under a limited, revocable license.
• These materials must not be altered.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with immediate effect.
• Upon termination, cease all use of promotional materials and affiliate links.

8. Liability

• SNACKN PTY LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to this program.

9. Amendments

• SNACKN PTY LTD reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.

10. Governing Law

• These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

11. Acceptance

• By enrolling in the SNACKN PTY LTD Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these T&Cs.
